What's Involved in a Vehicle Air Conditioning Service

We will.....

• Travel to your premises (Trade Only), analyse the contents of your system, we will recover any refrigerant present.  

• Visually examine your system for visible faults, we will vacuum test the system, we will pressure test the system with oxygen free nitrogen.  

• If there are no leaks present we will check oil level in the compressor, if practical (you will be given the choice of methods)  

• Add oil required  

• Deep vacuum the system, to remove all moisture content 

• Add ultraviolet die to the system if required  

• Add the correct amount of refrigerant to the system  

• If any leak or fault is apparent we will make our best effort to find and rectify it at your premises, if this is not practical the job must come to our workshops.  

• Apply a sticker to the vehicle and issue a computer generated job sheet and invoice.  

• Issue a controlled waste cert for any recovered refrigerant.
