Airconco Ltd is a
member of Instvac, it stands for the Institute of Vehicle Air
Conditioning. Instvac is the national organisation that represents members
who operate throughout the UK. To become a member of Instvac, vehicle air
conditioning engineers must qualify to City & Guilds 6048 standards,
hold a 'safe handling of refrigerant' certificate and adhere to the
Institutes Code of Practice. All members display the distinctive Instvac
logo, so you know you will receive quality service.

Customer Charter
As Members of
the Instvac we are dedicated to giving all our customers efficient and
courteous service. We are signatories to the Instvac Customer Charter,
which lays down minimum service standards. Members of the Charter
Registers promise to observe these standards in their dealings with
customers at all times. The Instvac Charter provides for the levels of
good practice that are over and above your normal rights. The Charter is
part of our campaign to maximise the efficiency of the service and repair
side of the vehicle air conditioning industry.
